  • A: Due to the hand-made nature of our products, we cannot expedite the 2-week production time unless we already have the necessary crystals and leather in stock, and it’s for special circumstances. If you need a rush order, please contact me here and I’ll get back to you asap.
• Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
  • A: Yes, we offer complimentary gift wrapping for the festive season. Simply select the option at checkout. Our boxes will be personally wrapped for you in quality wrapping paper and placed inside a delivery bag.
• Q: What if I miss the last date to order?
  • A: While we can’t guarantee delivery by Christmas after the last date, we will do our best to accommodate late orders.
